We started business at Rajkot-Gujarat with HCL dealership for copier & Duplicator consumables for Saurashtra region with K. P. Traders, Rajkot in 1992. With yearly business of consumables reaching 30L in 1995, HCL offered us dealership for bigger territory of Ahmedabad. We started USHA Corporation at Ahmedabad and started consumables business for Ahmedabad and surrounding area in 1995.

In 2010 HCL offered us distribution of TOSHIBA range of MFDs for entire Gujarat State & we started PATEL TRADERS at Ahmedabad for catering to MFD business for Gujarat. In 2016 HCL offered us services franchisee for TOSHIBA MIF for Gujarat.

Currently, Patel Traders are Partner for TOSHIBA for Sales and after sales services for MFDs and supply of consumables across Gujarat. Our Association with HCL/TOSHIBA is more than 25 years old. We have dealer network across Gujarat for TOSHIBA sales and services. Currently, we are catering to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar directly and we have dealers at Vadodara, Surat, Valsad, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Palanpur, Mehsana and Kutch.

Apart from TOSHIBA MFDs , we are also partner for Duplo for Digital Duplicator machines and Konica Minolta for supply of Production Printer at Government departments in Gujarat.

Our main strength is Government business at Gandhinagar and other locations in Gujarat. We have very long lasting relationship at various BFSI segment where we provide support for TOSHIBA MFDs supplied by HCL.

Yash handles various dealers across the state of Gujarat. Yash handles after sales support for the customers which include assignment of breakdown calls to engineers and also taking care of customers consumables requirements regularly. Yash handles day to day operations of the company. He regularly visits existing clients and try to acquire new clients for business expansion.

Partner

Mr. Himanshu Patel is other partner in Patel Traders. He takes care of Finance of the company. He also handles parent company and try for new tie ups to add new product line for expansion of the company. Himanshu handles some of the key clients.
